• Developing In-House training programs. • Developing and circulating training calendar. • Delivering training sessions for new hires of Call centre (In bound and out bound). • Preparation of training related material. • Conduct training need analysis. • Employee orientation. • PAS implementation. • PAS awareness trainings
• Arranging training sessions by the high end resources with in the organization. • Extracting corporate professional from the market as guest speakers.
